Meet your coffee
The Fullsteam is our flagship speciality coffee, sourced from Colombia’s Risaralda region. It’s a medium roast coffee that can be enjoyed as an espresso or blended with milk.
Origin & process
Enjoy a delicious smooth milk chocolate taste profile with undertones of ripe stone fruits that are reminiscent of fresh nectarines and apricots.
Coffees from the local community are processed in a wet mill where exceptional care is taken to sort coffee cherries by quality, and ensuring precise scientific method is used in the drying phase.
The result is a delicious smooth milk chocolate taste profile with undertones of ripe stone fruits that are reminiscent of fresh nectarines and apricots.
We recommend enjoying it as an espresso but it is equally nice when paired with milk, bringing out its caramel notes.

We removed seals on our bags to reduce plastic in our packaging, to keep your coffee as fresh as possible you can use our convenient coffee clips or our stylish coffee tins.

Which size do I need?
200g makes about 12 cups.
500g makes about 30 cups.
1kg makes about 60 cups.
2kg makes about 120 cups.
If you're new to us, a 200g bag is a good way to try a coffee first.
Which grind do I need?
Whole bean: grind it fresh yourself, just before you brew.
Medium grind: cafetière, filter, V60, AeroPress, moka pot, and low-pressure machines like SMEG, Dualit and the smaller Sage machines.
Fine grind: espresso machines.

How long does the coffee last?
Your coffee will usually have been roasted within 10 days of reaching you. It tastes best within 5 weeks of roasting, though it can still taste great after that.

When will I get my order?
Delivery is £3.65 under £30, £2.75 under £45, and free over £45 or on any subscription.
We send orders by Royal Mail 48hr or DPD, and you choose at checkout. Orders go out the next working day, or the same day for DPD Tracked orders placed before 12pm. Subscription orders go by Royal Mail 48hr. More about delivery
What if I'm not happy?
If you don't love the taste, our Taste Guarantee means we'll replace it with a coffee of your choice or refund you.
If something is missing, wrong or damaged, email orders@volcanocoffeeworks.com or call 020 3876 0876. We reply to emails within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Coffee is perishable, so we can't take returns once it's been sent.
Shipping
Freshly roasted to order. Free UK delivery over £45 and on every subscription.
All our coffee is freshly roasted to order. Any orders placed before midnight (Monday to Thursday) are despatched on the next working day. Shipping charges are calculated based on the items in your cart and the delivery address. Your coffee is delivered via Royal Mail or DPD.

- Royal Mail 2-4 Working Days Tracked - £3.65 on orders under £25, £2.75 on orders between £25-£45, free on orders over £45
- DPD 2 Working Days Tracked (Same Day Dispatch Before 12pm) - £4.95

- Only be available on working days (orders made on Saturday or Sunday with DPD will ship on Monday)

Free Delivery
- Free UK mainland delivery on orders over £45 and all subscriptions
Letterbox friendly packaging
- If you only purchase 4 boxes of pods, they will be delivered in letter box friendly packaging
- If you only purchase 1x 200g of coffee, it will be delivered in a letter box friendly sleeve
All other coffee orders are not letterbox friendly but you will be able to let your courier know a safe place once you have received the tracking details.
International Delivery
Customs have strict importing regulations which are outside our control and have caused problems when trying to ship our coffee to customers in countries including Qatar, Mexico, some countries in Africa and the Middle East. For the full list of countries we cannot currently ship to, please contact us.
If you are sending coffee to any European or rest of the world country, you will be charged between £10.00 and £20.00 for delivery at checkout - depending on location.
